These DownloadPins Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of downloadpins.com and the DownloadPins Pinterest video downloader tool (“the service”). By using DownloadPins, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What the service does
DownloadPins is a free tool that reads publicly accessible Pinterest pin pages and provides the source media file for download. The service does not host, store, or modify Pinterest content. Whether a download works depends on what Pinterest makes available for each public pin, some pins provide no downloadable file, and no legitimate tool can change that. 2. Acceptable use
You may use DownloadPins for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- Attempt to access private pins, deleted pins, login-only content, or restricted boards through the service.
- Abuse the service with automated bulk requests, scraping, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer its operation.
- Use the service in any way that violates Pinterest’s Terms of Service or applicable law.
- Misrepresent the service or imply endorsement by DownloadPins or Pinterest.
3. Intellectual property
All media accessible through the service belongs to its respective creators and rights holders. DownloadPins claims no ownership over Pinterest content and grants you no license to reuse, repost, edit, or commercialize downloaded files. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.
4. No account, no guarantees
DownloadPins requires no account and is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every pin link will resolve, any particular download speed or quality, or that the service will remain free of charge indefinitely. Download quality always depends on the source file Pinterest provides for the specific pin.
5. No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOWNLOADPINS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR CONTENT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE (WHICH IS ZERO FOR FREE USE).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DownloadPins and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
